Well peeps, I'm always quick to give advise to anyone who asks well I never thought that I'd come in a forum and actually benifit from it myself other then for some great conversation and meet a bunch of hella nice people but after checking out and "printing" out all of GOPROS workouts I've decided to give it a try. I've been doing "my" thing forever so a change is good. I'll post from time to time to let ya all know if you can really teach an old dog new tricks. Oh and Gopro if I'm not a buff as you by 02/03, your on my hit list. hahaha

It gets better after 2-3 cycles (when the vomiting stops ...) :D

Give it all you've got! :thumb:

Fire...welcome aboard! Well, I'm glad that you are trying my workout program. I will guarentee results, but WILL NOT guarentee that you will be as "buff" as me by 02/03! I can not guarentee you will be as handsome or witty as me either :D

But seriously my friend, this program works, period! Give it true 100 % effort and you will need a new wardrobe rather soon!

LMFAO preacher! However, the vomiting may never stop...I puked a couple of weeks ago during SHOCK legs day! Oh, then I finished the workout!

I did legs today, rep week, I find it better to not stand up to soon after any of the sets.

Look at the first "Sticky" thread under training at the top of the page.

You wouldn't be talking about the one-legged leg presses, would you?
I walked around like a friggin' drunk! Thank god our Leg Press stand in a corner (two walls to hold on to).

Just did Shock (Chest/Bi's): nice! (ouch)

Where can I see your workout, GoPro?

If you look at the very top of this Training forum the first post contains his workouts.

I've been on it for three weeks now. I agree, the rep week for legs is a mudder fudder. But, the feeling is like what Arnold Schwarz would say "it's like climaxing"

Stay tuned fellas...I'm going to post a revised version of POWER, REP RANGE, SHOCK very soon! I gotta keep you guys on your toes...hmmm...or is that on the floor...face down!:fire:

Preacher, that is the only way I know my brother. In fact a possible problem I may have is giving too much. I may be over training. Even though the strenght continues to increase week after week on just about everything, I'm concerned my growth as slowed down more for my liking. Change is now required. GoPros workout plan looks like as good a place to start then anywhere else I've seen. If he follows his own plan then he "looks" like he knows what he is talking about. And 2ndly I've been working out for over 20years and I am not a novice. I see serious potential in his program. Worse case scenerio if it doesn't work great for me, I'm certain it will for others. We all know everyone is different and we all respond differently to resistance training. What works for one may not work for another but I feel real good about this program and think I'll do well with it. (Am I rambling???)lol

OK all the posts since my original one is giving me a freeken hard on. I can't wait to puke!!! I'm soo excited about this. I must seem like a real geek to you guys ranting like this but you have no idea. I'm in such a rut and so damn bored. Hearing all I'm hearing gives me new incentive.

Oh and GoPRO don't change it too quickly, I haven't hurt myself on this one yet!!! hahahaha

(Did that come out right? )

We got your meaning big P! :thumb:

Fire - I just started the plan this week and all I can tell you is... "PAIN!" Compared to most on this board I am a true novice. I've only been working out for close to 2 years and could never find a program that worked for me. Then again, I just tried on my own! LOL! I have great hopes for this too! Good luck and a "Thanks to GP!" :thumb:

You're welcome lean! I mean, sorry about the pain, but your welcome for what will soon be the GAIN!

And don't worry about fire...he LOVES pain!

You must have been reading the board "do you have any good quotes" to know my thoughts on pain. hahaha

to all, I wrote a quote: "Pain is good, Extreme Pain is Extremely Good"

You know it GoPro!! By the way last week was horrible, I had 2 extra days off from work and NEVER made it to the gym once!! I missed an entire week which hasn't happened since August. It's always my luck I swear. Tomorrow will surely be day one,,,,, I HOPE!!

So far I'm really excited about this plan. I don't think I've ever pushed so hard when I trained. My first 3 weeks will all be fine tuning. I'm not sure what w8 I'm at for some of the exercises so it's hunt and peck. But once I'm dialed in, I'll be fine. Funny thing about this is I actually enjoyed leg day! LOL! I can't say I've made any gains as of yet, but as I said I've really been pushing myself on this and I did hit a personal best on squats (nothing worth posting though  ). I'll keep you updated and you do the same! :thumb:

Hey Lean, if it's a personal best it's worth posting. If your going to be hard on yourself,, tell me you were lazy today or something like that butnever underestimate your accomplishments. Remember in that sentence you used the word "BEST" and that is something to be proud of. Even if that new "best" is only 5 pounds heavier or 2 more reps more then last time. It's the most you ever did and that is BIG and I want to hear about it bro!!! I'll give you a updates also Lean. Can't wait to get started!!

Sorry Fire, can't say I was lazy. I did make it to the gym this morning for chest and back (sorry again). OK, you want to hear - hear goes - 215 for 5 reps. Not much, but for me... well, you know.

When do you plan on starting? Better be soon, I just may pass you up! LOL! (Like that might happen!) Thanks for the inspiration! :thumb:

Hey your off to a great start!! And 215 for 5 is very respectable. And as for passing me up!!! Well you did 215 for 5 more reps then I did today!! lol Keep up my man. I'll be pushing you along
