Glucosamine (NY times article 2/23/05)

I was just about to try them, oh well. I wonder how long it will take for the next study to say it does work.

Okay.. So what about a transdermal glucosamine?
That would bypass the liver issue.
I've read about homebrewskis- but not much feedback about effectiveness.
Bueler?... Anyone?...

doesn't look like it was tested. maybe you should do the testing next time.

The study looks at arthritis and glucosamine. If you do not have arthritis it is not pertaining to you. BTW, tendonitis doesn not equal arthritis. Rheumatoid arthritis deals with the body's immune response so you wouldn't think glucosamine would help that.

hey.. some people I talk to swear by it but claim you must use it a long time. Maybe there's a money drain/brain placebo effect! LMAO.
I take it... but I don't think it helps much if you got real bad arthritis.
