I read here a while back that Glutamine Peptides are superior to the regular glutamine powders sold at Bulk Nutrition, where I get all my supps. Can someone point me in the right direction on where and what brand of glutamine peptides you're using. Also, what is a good quality, economical brand of blended protein. I'm looking to add a casein blend after reading some of the posts here by GOPRO advocating such.
