Going About This The Right Way

Currently.. I've put on a little weight.. I am 21 years old, 5'3 and weigh about 138. I am not fat at all, I have some pretty strong thighs.. but I really want to lean down and be about 125-130 (Pictures in my user gallery are when I was 132).

I work out about 5 nights a week moderately for about 45 minutes doing an Tony Little Tape that focuses on my stomach area, thighs and butt.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

im sorry, what are your goals? to tone up and lose a little fat?
 
I keep it pretty simple. To be safe, I always go for at least 1.5g/lb bodyweight protein while cutting and stay moderately hypocaloric. Adjust calories based on what the tape measure is reading and make sensible food choices. Use cardio as needed. The rest is more or less details to me. You probably already know if what you are eating is sensible and reasonable.
 
I would suggest High end cardio with that body type...

Running - day on, Circuit training at a "L.I." cardio pace - day off.


(In the end though... You would probably be more apt to take advice
from the ladies on this site...)

We see what you ate, but we didn't see how you ate it.

Can you give us a breakdown of your meals? What you eat at each meal, how many meals, etc.

That would probably help. :)
 
I think you look great, you're a very pretty girl. As far as your diet, definitely need more protein, maybe a little less carbs, and more good fats. Add in a few fish oil caps for fat, the only thing I see as far as fat goes is the PB. Might want to take out the campbells soup. I guess if you only eat it once in a while, it's ok. Other than that, looks like you're on the right track. :thumb:
 
yea, you need to start doing some weight training!! Thats whats holding you back from losing those 10 vanity pounds.
