Just wondering if anyone has any experience with extended vacation and nutritional maintenance...I've spent the last 18 months dropping over 160 lbs and lots of bodyfat% (finally down to 198, and 17%), and NOW, of all times, I'm going to Europe for three weeks.
Of course, it's not that I don't know what's right and wrong to eat as far as TYPES of food go...it's that I'll have NO IDEA how much of anything I'm actually ingesting when it comes to restaurants in cities like London, Prague and Vienna (where I'm sure food can get quite heavy). I wish I could eat the majority of all meals in, but I know that won't be happening.
Any advice, or tips from experience?
