well, haven't been going ot the gym for over 5 month now because of a wrist injury (tendonitis on my left wrist)
my doc gave me the okay to lift, almost 2 month ago, but I gotten really lazy...
my eating habits have gone to shit, daily top ramen definetly isn't good.
so, beginning tomorrow, I'm going to go back to eating well and going to the gym.
I remember there being a really book, that had whole plan layed out for you, with inserts to write down your progress...
any recommendations?
