going back to gym tomororw after almost 4 month break...need routine!

well, finally getting back to the gym tomorrow


probably lost most of my strenght, i did lose 10 lbs, throughout hte summer because i stopped bulking and lifting.


been lifting for bout 2 year on and off.

can someone give me a good workout for returning to the gym?

to get my muscles working again, and how long should i do this workout? till i can move to a more rigerous workout
 
I would do about a 20% workout and add another 20% every week, thats how I do it after layoffs. 20% volume, not weights.
 
i took 2 years off and i didn't do a 'special' routine.. i did what i normally would have done and i improved a lot
