Going to be away from the gym for about a month, need some advice...

Hello-

I currently work out at school which is very convenient. I will be moving back home for the month of August and don't belong to a gym back home. I am currently training 3 days a week while eating to gain mass as well. I don't have weights at home. Are there any alternative movements or techniques for keeping with the mass gaining that I will be able to do at home w/o weights? Should I just focus on eating and stick with my 3 protein shakes/day? Thanks in advance. :thumb:
 
Alright here u go:

Chest:
Hindu pushups
Divebomber pushups
Slide pushups
Back:
Door Chinups (put a towel ontop of a door and u know the rest)
Shoudlers:
Handstand pushups
Rocca pushups
Legs:
Pistols (best bodyweight leg exercise out there)

One arm pushups will give u bad joints so stay away form them. I can do 30 but i stopped a year ago.
 
Dont forget your ab work. Run around the neighboor if you can.
 
Buy you a month gym membership. I had to do that because it got to hot in my garage.
