I currently work out at school which is very convenient. I will be moving back home for the month of August and don't belong to a gym back home. I am currently training 3 days a week while eating to gain mass as well. I don't have weights at home. Are there any alternative movements or techniques for keeping with the mass gaining that I will be able to do at home w/o weights? Should I just focus on eating and stick with my 3 protein shakes/day? Thanks in advance.
