gonna bring my labs that show my test at 105. hoping to get a script for test cyp 200mg a week and exemestane. any advice

Yup... Tired, lost interest is sex(wife is complaining), weight gain in recent years(despite exercise), depressed etc etc.. Good luck brother.

I get 200mg per week but still won't give me an AI .. At least I get the cyp though.

Just try to get the cyp for now, He will want labs in 10 to 12 weeks after, then you will know if you need an AI or not, One battle at a time.......

ok so the doc was super cool about it and surprisingly knowledgeable. She wants me to do labs again and get my free test number. I thought my total test was good enough, but she seems down to give me a script. I printed some stuff off WebMD about low test and test cyp. she said she likes when patients research and know what they are talking about instead of just nodding their heads.

Now make sure she writes you a 10ml vial with one refill (very common among the better docs), and make sure she intends you inject 100mg/week or so. If she pulls that 200mg every three weeks garbage, educate her, and don't take no for an answer.

^^This!! Don't ride the roller coaster. Weekly doses are the only way to go
