I have a lower back problem. Specifically 2 bulging discs in my back around S5 L1, so pretty much right above my tail bone. Ive had this problem since I was 16 and its probably never felt better than it has recently. About a year ago I started doing Decompression therapy, I went for heavy treatment usually 2-3 times a week and after about 6 months I got cut down by my Doctor to a maintenance schedule of 1-2 times a month. Doing that along with a lot of hamstring/low back stretching, it has been feeling great.

Anyway Ive been BB for 7 months now and the whole time I have been Deadlifting and Squatting without any issues. Ive had a pretty basic and steady 3 day split the whole time Ive been lifting.

Day 1 - Chest/Shoulders/Tris
Day 2 - Back/Bis
Day 3 - Legs
Day off
Repeat

It has been great, I think Im covering 3 of the 4 planes pretty well except for lower pull. Partly because I dont want to aggravate my injury and partly because Im not that flexible. I would have a hard time doing things like Good Mornings and Hyperextensions, even doing these exercises with good form and light weights would put a lot of compression on my back and I could slip back into a state of pain and discomfort.

So I dont know what I could do, I could keep doing what I was doing, but I think in the long run it will affect my physique. The only lower pull exercises I was doing were Deadlifts and Leg curls. Ive read the stickies, any extra advice would be appreciated.

Thanks! :D
