WWW.AST-SS.com i just joined the 12 week MAX-OT program, let me tell you this program rocks!!
I showed it to my gym's trainers and they agree with it, they even said they would start using it themselves. I just got the Cell Tech Creatine from GNC, Ive been doing a low carb diet for a month and lots of protein, I understand that your body needs the carbs, and the creatine has 75 grams of them. I couldnt afford to buy the Whey protein shake, but i do eat a lot of proteins a day. Vegetables and white or red meat for lunch and dinner, and between i eat the protein low carb bars, and i drink a lot of water. With the above workout i dont know if ill gain weight and i mean in my stomach, i wanna get rid of my belly which i have already lost 25 lbs, but i wanna gain muscle mass and strength. Am i following a good and healthy eating habit?
