Meal 1 banana or 2 Oz raisins + protein shake + water
Snack bran flakes + water
Meal 2 110g chicken + water
Meal 3 110 g chicken + water
Meal 4 110g chicken+ water
Snack banana + water
Dinner is normally chicken or beef in some way shape or form + water + rice or a noodle
Before bed + 1 water
My calories averaged between 1610-1694
Carbs 112-180 , protein 126-180 fat 46-80g
For the past two days when I logged calories
Goal is fat loss/ weight loss
Started 228 now 215.2
6ft 215 ( top abs showing, lines for 2nd pack of abs beginning to show , no vascularity in arms)
Can a good diet beat a sedentary lifestyle ?
