I am looking for some help on some good vitamins that you guys know of and trust the ingredients but which aren't expensive because I am forced to be on a stricter budget now and I need some alternatives to what I am using now.

I am currently using Ortho Core, but at over $40 per month, I simply can't afford that anymore. I know I probably will "get what I pay for", but there has to be some cost effective options out there....thanks!

its called a supplement because it is in addition to your diet

take a centrum chewable
cost effective
and your body should be getting most nutrients through solid foods

your multivitamin is just to make up for what you missed during the day

thats how i look at it

look at how far the human race has came without supplements
the last couple hundred years of supplement use has had very little effect on the human race

so seriously
how much difference do they make?

Nutrient 950 without Iron since you're male. You can pick up a 90 day supply for like 50 bucks on Amazon.

Centrum is low quality vitamins...a lot of stuff like magnesium carbonate and calcium carbonate rather than the higher quality citrates.

yea, no centrum, no chewables..

Jodi preferred this one:
Beverly International Super Pak, 30 Packets

It's noticeably good and you can get a 90 day supply for like $60 bucks. To save on shipping, I just bought a half years supply.. although I'm running low now and have no cashola...
