hey im new on here so hello to all...
Brief byo: ive been working out for long enough to know whats goin on. I'm 18 and just last fall i steadily gained 30 lbs before january. I slowed down with eating for summer and i just started hitting it heavy again last week. In any event i was doing fixed military presses and on my eighth rep (last rep) i let the weight down slow and was attacked by a pulsating pain in the back of my head all the way to my left eyeball. the pain is gone , except for when i do what seems to be any over the top exercise... im worried it could mess up my chest day tomorrow, so if someone could let me know if you think this will go away that would be great. My guess is popped blood vessel but i dont even know if that makes sense. thanks,
John
