Do you have bicep peak?

Without genetics or other "help", there's not a great deal you can do, assuming you've already worked them for a long period. I did..
If you have looong muscle attachments( I do), there's not much you can do. Because its frustrating me so much,am going to give my arms their own day. I've been doing pretty heavy reverse curls.

How your peak is comming along guys?

I really like bent over concentration curls, the intense contraction seems to do a little something extra for my biceps.

Along with the Concentration curl, the preacher also work the Brachialis head under the Biceps Brachii, building up the brachialis helps to push up the brachii which can help improve the "peak"

But as you said, much of it has to do with genetics.

Oh Damn Prince what a negative attitude. Never say Never my mommy always taught me. lol

Prince doesn't have a negative attitude, he's just admitting his "shortcummings"

Maybe he could use some "hung"

My feelings regarding peaks: I think everyone can have bicep peaks. Some may not be as sharp as others because as stated above, if your biceps attach way down on the arm you have what's considered long biceps. Having long biceps means you have more to build. My thoughts are this. Take someone with a 16 inch arm with a high attachment. They may have a peak that can take an eye out and with only 16 inch arms. Yes that is genetics because of that there attachment.
Now a person with long biceps like myself, you may need to get you arm to 19inches to equal that same peak as the guy with 16 inch arms. Problem is this,, You may have a small build ectomorph and 19 inch arms may be impossible to attain so your peaks may not be as high.
I think this line of thought may be pretty accurate by personnel experiences. My arms were of pretty good size but the peak wasn't great but over the past year I performed the same 3 or 4 bicep routines that I've done for quite sometime but increased weight and some other tricks and managed to get my arms up another 1 1/2 inches. The peak is more pronounced then ever but still believe that if I had that high attachment, nobodys eyes would be safe cause they would be dangerous.
So that is my theory on peaks. And I said "theory" not fact.
