4 days/wk and have had amazing results with P/RR/Sh training systems, do a search here at IM, you'll find what you need. I started reducing calories about the end of September, beginning of October. Didn't really start cardio until about 8 to 10 weeks out. My weight was 283 the first week of October!!![/QUOTE]Archangel said:May I ask how long it took you to drop the weight and all that you did?
