Got the stack, now I need help with the game plan....

I got the stack, now I have to work out the kinks.
Stack:
D-bol
Test Prop.
Nolva.

Here are my questions before starting.
How much and when to take the d-bol? I have heard mornings, and through out the day?
How much and when to take the test prop? I am thinking EOD, but with that I might run out of injection sites, so where all can I stick?
I want to bring clen in. Should I wait until off the nolva or start towards the end of the stack?
When should I start the nolva and how much should I do 10mg or 20mg?
What are some good examples of ECA???s while off of clen?
I totally changed my diet to high Protein with low carbs. Is this smart or is there a better diet while on the stack?

I don't know your cycle history, so I won't comment on dosing.

I would take half of your dose of dbol in the morning and the second half before 5 pm.

You should at least do EOD injections with the prop. I myself prefer ED. You shouldn't run out of sites if you use glutes, delts, and quads. If you feel those aren't enough, there's always lats, traps, and tri's.

I'm not experienced with clen and I don't like to talk about what I haven't used, so I won't comment. I'm sure others can help with that.

If you'd like, you could run 10mgs of nolva throughout the cycle or just keep it on hand in the event you experience gyno coming on. If you see/feel the symptoms severely you could jump right on 80mgs a day until symptoms subside, then drop your dose to 40mgs.

Your diet all depends on what you want to do with this cycle. So we would have to know your goals.

What is the dosage of the prop? As said by BCC, EOD or ED injections...pick your poison.
 
This will be my first stack in 2 years. I have done several in the past. I plan on putting on muscle, then trying to cut the fat off.
How much of each (types of sauce) should I do?
 
Injection sites i use are glute, quad, delt, trap, pec, tri, bi, lat....since ya got 2 of each ya got 16 sites to play with

...Make sure you are familiar with PCT and acillaires before ya start the cycle, as it is the most important part of it...if gyno symptoms arise, running nolva at 80mg for the first day, and 40mg till the sides go away is a pretty normal useage....pct wise 4 weeks plus at 20mg a day is a safe route

How much of the D-bol and Test Pro should I start out with? Should I pyramid it?

Here is what is planned:

d-bol- week 1 ??? 10mg a day, week2 -20mg a day, week 3-6 30 mg a day, week 7- 20 mg a day, week 8 -10 mg a day.
Test Prop- 210mg a week, 30 each day.
Nolva- 10mg a day for the last 30 days of the stack.
Clen- 2 weeks on 2 weeks off after the stack. ECA???s during the off week.
**How much off the clen should be taken daily????

Stats:
30 yrs old
Ht: 5???11
Wt: 218lbs.
Bf: 12-14 %
Waist: 34 in
Bench: 405lbs.

No do not pyramid, even a minute amount will suppress you so there is no point.

For clen it is often pyramided, never over 200mcg that I've heard of. Many people start getting sides around 120-160mcg, bad shakes, headaches etc
 
acillaries- things you use in addition to gear in your cycle....PCT post cycle thearpy(what brings your body back)
 
What do you recommend for PCT's and acillaries?
