GPZ question

I ordered from them over the weekend and have not received any sort of email from them. Not even acknowledging that I placed an order. On their website it says they charged my cc (it said that as soon as I made the order). Is this normal for them? Do they email you any sort of shipping info at all?
I've never ordered from a business that didnt send you some type of email after paying by cc.

Yes, I have already once earlier today, I wonder if my email provider is bouncing back their emails.

GPZ is great. They're the only guys I had heard of till I found this board. My friends have always used it and I've had success with it as well.
