I've been reading you for a wile now, and not only are your posts very helpful and educational but you sound like a fun bunch
, so I've decided to drop you all a line.
I am an amateur in this, but love fitness, I do loads of cardio, and about a year ago have started weights lifting. Have seen some increase in muscularity but not nearly enough considering how much I train... it' s the diet
, I love lamb, breads and ice-cream
