Greetings..New Here with a question

Greetings to all,
I am new here, been visiting the ironmagazine.com for a while and got to this forum.
I am 5'5" and 155lbs been working out on and off for 3yrs. Since last 10 mths I have been working out during the office lunch hr around 12 noon and was seeing some nice results. Lately due a tight schedule I am not able to do this anymore so started hitting the gym around 7.00 - 8.00 am for 3 or 4 days a weak. The question is, what should i eat early in the morning before going to the gym, I have been going empty stomach and not able to perform to my optimal level. Also I am heavily lactose intolorent. Please help me with suggestions.

I would eat a small meal, some oats and a few egg whites would be good.
