Just wanted to put up a short introduction and hello. I don't think I know anyone here personally, but do recognize a few names.
A little about me ....
31 years old
6 '1" and about 237lbs.
I'm an exercise and nutritional consultant specializing in contest prep - owner of my own business.
I'm a familiar name over at the Rugged board, but have been looking for a new 'home' once I get sorted through some personal garbage.
I hope to make some new friends here and be able to learn and contribute lots.
