grits

I had two packs of those instant grits this morning ... are they good for you? i no that most people here swear by oatmeal n shit ... so grits??

you know i was wondering the same thing my self. I live in the south and love grits. I was thinking instant might not be the best choice but reg. cooking might be better. But you just dont here people talk bout them at all.

I wouldn't eat instant anything... I think instant suggests it is processed and I try to stay away from processed foods. Just my opinion..
