iv just seen a pic of loads of tuppa wear full of ground chicken breast and sweet potatoe..

sorry to sound really stupid but could i just cook up some chicken breast and bang it in the blender lol?

im dirty bulking right now so its not at the top of my list of prefered foods if im honest but when the summer comes and i get rid of all the fat iv added i will be eating clean like this so any info on how to ground up the chicken would be great..

p.s please dont neg me for stupidity i was dropped on my head as a child, thanks

I wouldn't blend it...not the same as grinding.
I had to eat blended Thanksgiving/Christmas dinners when I was 18...jaw wired shut.

When you buy your boneless/skinless chicken breast at the grocery store or butcher just have them grind it for you.
They shouldn't charge you any extra for it.

ahh good man thank you, il take a note to ask the butcher to grind it for me! seems like it will be easier to eat this way..

Blending the chicken is not a good idea.. I Think the best way it to just grill it

my grill is one of them proper griddles its permenantly stained with chicken for the rest of its like iv used it so much ha.

i just saw a pic of sweet potatoe and ground chicken breast looked all fluffy like it would be easier to eat.

You can pretty much substitute the ground chicken for ground beef in most dishes.

il try it iv not eaten much beef in comparison to chicken... need to switch it up so il be giiving it ago..

Some butchers, like the one I go to, won't grind the chicken. They told me it's too tough to clean the grinder afterwards.

Meat grinders are dirt cheap at swap meets if you're feeling feisty. I get my ground chicken breast at whole foods.

This... or I already had a Kitchenaid stand mixer (from my wedding registry.. go figure). Never used the damn thing until I realized there is a meat grinder attachment for it that I picked up on sale for $100. I still have the butcher grind it if I know ahead of time.. but this attachment allows me to do it myself whenever. Not to mention you can grind up multiple typse of meat to create some badass recipes.

Try buying ground 95 to 99% fat free turkey as a substitute for chicken. Just as cost effective as chicken with a higher protein content & lower fat. Great for cutting

Whats wrong with blending? I blend a chicken breast with broc & cheese and its badass with Red Hot. its filling and only like 300 cal
