Because this is the wrong forum to talk about 6OXO, and because it wont get rid of it.

6OXO is a supplement, this is not the supplement forum.

but people in ehre have gotten it and some of them might of taken it

If you really have gyno, nothing will get rid of it except surgery. Talk to your doctor.

Taken it for what? I already told you it wont get rid of it.

i got it from puberty... just puffed nipples

just finish the transformation, and become a full transexual!

6-oxo will not get rid of gyno whether from puberty or from steroid use. You may need to have it removed if it is bad enough. You can take compounds such as Femera which may help reduce it, but ultimately you may still have to have it removed.

Femera does nothing for current estrogen levels, only helps reduce the conversion to estrogen.

True, but many have taken it to reduce puffy nipples since it helps get rid of water. If he has a lot of estrogen still in his body, he could take nolvadex, which binds to the estrogen receptors--or aromasin could help.

A bro I know on another board says this:
----
Femara and nolvadex do two similar yet different things. Femara is an aromatase inhibitor and nolvadex is an anti estrogen. Femara stops test from aromatizing to estrogen, and nolvadex blocks estrogen receptors, but does not stop aromatization or lessen estrogen levels in the body. Most people use Nolvadex to combat gyno with stronger AAS. Femara is very effective from 0.5-2.5mg ed or eod, depending on how your body reacts to estrogenic side effects such as water retention, and gyno. Some negatives to femara would be libido problems, lack of sensitivity at certain doses for some. Aromasin on the other hand is what I usually recommend for people. It is a suicide inibitor amongst estrogen receptors and also is an aromatase inhibitor. There are no negative sides, and it is effective at 12.5mg eod or 12.5mg ed up to 25mg ed. Anymore than that would be overkill. Studies however have shown doses up to 800mg per day in patients with breast cancer with no negative side effects (however this is unecessary for our needs).

I see what you are saying about water retention, but you can still get gyno after starting femera if your estrogen levels are high enough.

Can I stack Nolva and 6 Oxo?

I'm sorry to tell you but surgery is the only way to go. I'm sitting here writting having just had mine removed yesterday. You con play around with prescriptions but none worked for me.
