When you say you do 5 sets of bench, is that total or is that 5 sets of flat bench and then 4 sets of incline bench? My chest exercises are...

3 sets bb flat bench x 10, 10, 8
3 sets db flat bench x 10, 10, 8
3 sets db flies x 10, 10, 8
3 sets dips (on tricep/chest day)

Do you want a bigger chest or a more toned chest or what?

I do 5 sets of BB bench press-10,8,8,6,4, then alternate it the next week to 10,8,6,4,4...then 4 sets of incline dumbell bench press-same as bench press-then i do 3 sets of dips, currently i use the assist because its hard for me to do dips right after incline and bench, sometimes ill throw in a set or two of flies if i got enough time..well considering the reps, i am getting both strength and size because of the alternations every week...
 
How long have you been lifting bharminder?
I'd say keep doing what your doing as long as your making progress with it.
