I was consuming approx 200 grams of protein, in the way of 3 shakes and food per-day, prob 2k cals or less a day? maybe that wa it. Creatine and nitrics. I am 260 then and 260 now, I do feel that with my training and fat ratio did change alot in the way of %, this being said maybe the calories and food was te prob, I was expecting mass gains, 3- days a week train and 1 cardio day. I finished in the march 23 range- ran 600 for week then 800 for 3. I guess it was only 4 weeks 3 bottles. I am wanting to wait a bit more maybe even at the end of summer, right now I need to focus back on training, and eating! I am having a prob eating right now, don't have much of an appetite rght now. I was looking for something possibly this winter to try, with so many pHs to choose from ( What Works!). What companies, what products?
