hamstring pop

on my last set of squats this morning on the way down felt a pop 4 inches up from the knee on hamstring. Felt strange but didnt hurt at all. but now its sore just in that one spot. no bruising or swelling. just sore. Seems to be getting worse thru the day. Anybody else experience this?
 
When a hamstring muscle is pulled, the muscle fibers are abruptly stretched. ... can actually tear and many people can hear and feel an audible "pop" when the muscle is damaged. It happens to me on occasion when doing dumbbell leg curls. Tiger balm works wonders brother.
 
Give it a week rest and see how it feels bro, if it gets too much worse see a doctor. It could just be pulled but if there's a real tear I think youll know it
 
thanx for all the input, its getting more sensitive, with my leg straight it doesnt hurt, I can touch it and its fine. When my leg is bent I cant put any pressure on it, it hurts like a really bad bruise. Im pretty sure its torn muscle. I havent squatted any real weight in years, I have 2 bad knees, but I'm 8 weeks in on Deca and my knees feel awesome, and I'm squating twice the weight and suprissingly doing full squats. My wife is really pissed at me for risking another knee injury.

get some celebrex to keep inflammation down, i hope you just pulled it, try to stretch it lightly in a few days and see how it feels
