Hamstrings

Damn Hamstrings, I don't know how to work them out.. I hate machines but thats the only thing i know to do with them. Anybody recommend any hamstrings trainings??
 
stiff legged deads do wonders after machine leg curls:thumb:
 
Like Tank said...stiff legged deadlifts are a great exercise for hamstrings. For complete development you will need to perform a leg curl movement, a stiff deadlift, and deep leg presses and/or squats.

Hamstrings are very responsive to heavy weights...so train to failure in the 4-8 rep range.
 
i was lucky enough to havehad a training partner who MADE me train all body parts and treat them the same.but i fell in love with squatting/leg pressing/ext/curls and stiffs/calves.when its leg day i'm smiling:) :D
