Hi folks,
Can someone please tell me that the form for Hang Clean and Press as shown here is something that I can use as reference?
I am having issues with getting my feet off the ground during the first sweep when the bar is swung up to shoulder and I am supposed to go down.
Then what exactly is "triple extension" in this scheme of things?
