gultamine but dose not show how many grams.

i personally think the protein is to low unless you are taking more then one scoop together, and are you using this sll day, or just after post work out. isolate is one of the most quickly obsorbing proteiin and some feel that it should only be taken after a work out. I for one only take it post work out and then take a protein belend the rest of the day. hope this helps ya.
