has anyone heard about this new work out method

its from bugaria and its supposed to be awesome ,one thing though it doenst make much sense ,they say you can work certain body parts 5 hours after your last work out and that soreness isnt an indicator ,sounds kinda strange to me ,just wondered if anyone else had heard about this
 
whats the name of the method and do you have a link. it sounds kind of interesting, i always felt like i could work my bi's like that but they never grew much when i did. probably over work them
 
sorry i cant remember the link but ill try and find it again ,i just kind of stumbled onto it
 
Working out on the same bodypart 5 hours later sounds like a good way to overtrain to me,or get an injury.How can you trash a bodypartt and even want to train it again in the same week ,never mind the same day?WEAK!! Don`t beleive everything you read.
 
thats kinda the way i feel i mean when i get done working bi's i cant raise my arm much less use it again 5 hours later ,hell when i come out of the gym if im walking straight and not feeling like im gonna fall over im doing ok lol

Doesn't sound new to me at all, I bought the book over 10 years ago. They claim every 3 hours. However, Phil Hernon who was involved with the project said that Costas pulled it out of his ass, the whole routine.

Thats a split, so you go in the morning and you go at night.
 
sorry it was new to me ,lol, and the site i was on was saying it was all new so i must have just takin it from that
