Has anyone used or heard of kyno-h

Just wanted to see if anyone has used this supplement before. It has pretty big reviews. It claims to aid in muscle wasting and claims to have an anablolic/anti-catabolic/insulin mimicker/fat burner/ atp producer. All in one.

Best when injected and still not hardly anabolic at all. Supposedly it is used in AIDS patients in France, I can tell you that in the US we use much harder stuff, as Kyno is basically just some vitamins in suspension while Anadrol is used in heavy muscle wasting or anemic patients here.
