correct me if i'm wrong but didn't KOS post a video of himself a while back doing seated arnold dumbell press's with 100's, he put them up like nothing,

yes he's a strong fucker, likes to scare small children and negros with his steely gaze as well.

Damn you must live in the middle of nowhere. I believe you're strong. A lot stronger than me, but c'mon...there's at least 2 PL'ing freaks at my gym alone that regularly rep out with 495 on bench and stupid shit like that.
 
there are no powerlifters here...there are a few old dudes that can deadlift way more than i care to...but other than that there is a guy who can bench 520 couple times...
there is a guy i used to lift with in martinsville straight out of prison he was impossible to keep up with...havent seen him in awhile but im sure he gave it up after he hit real life
 
Arnold presses are overrated. I get a better feel using regular DB Presses bringing them down to just above shoulder level each rep. The key though is to keep your elbows back throughout the motion if that makes any sense. Otherwise it kinda is all tricep like the douchebag was saying.

All it takes for me to get my delts fried is 75's...haven't gone heavier than that since I was on gear, but then again I'm a little bitch in a lot of ways.

Bottom line..great mind-muscle connection trumps heavy weight.
 
i would love to do reg db presses but my bum shoulder will not allow it








i actually think the best press there is is the old behind the neck seated press by nautilus....though it is not near heavy enough



i believ in heavy weights sometimes....light weight sometimes....high reps sometimes...fast reps,slow reps


it all has its place but never low reps
 
Smith Machine Behind the Neck Presses are my personal fav :daydream:. I don't actually go all the way down to behind my neck though...base of my skull or so. I'm too scurred to do them with a free BB. I go in front with that. Shoulder problems suck I hear. That's why I'm staying 22 forever.
 
I can free weight barbell 225 six times behind the neck, but there's no way I could do arnolds with 100's like koss did
 
My max on delts is 225 on smith for pressing and 32.5kg dumbells for pressing, did nothing for muscle growth……i also do behind the neck last in workout….

I caught a video of Flex Lewis doing shoulders and he finished with DB Presses and ended up using 40's. Just saying.

there is only one man here or the surrounding two or three counties bigger or stronger than me....though many are in better condition
