I never claimed to know everything about weight lifting, i just know enough to know that my diet and routine are more than satisfactory for my goals...so dont be a smart ass with me. I am on here asking for advice and help not to hear rude ass comments because you dont believe me. I have no reason to lie so either give me helpful advice or dont waste my time.
...And yes I have been checked for that as well...I have been tested for everything, anemia, diabeties, cancer, thyroid, several different digestive problems....nothing! I just have a fast metabolism....No lie, I can eat a full meal and if I dont work out I will have to shit about 2 hours later...if I do workout, well like lately, i burn up even the bad shit...I have went over a week without shitting before, Doc said I was burning up too much and was using the waste when i ran out of nutrients....so I started eating more until I got to the point where I would have to use the shitter every day...so I know I am getting enough nutrients now.
...So is anyone goin to suggest some other suppliments or should I just go trust the little hot girl at GNC who most likely cant count past 10 without using her toes!?
 
Your belief that you know everything you need to about lifting is holding you back. You must accept that you have much more to learn about lifting. You need more variation. You need to master progressive overload. You need high rep days, low rep days, shock days. You need a structured routine that changes which exercises you do regularly. Basically, you need to understand the principles of periodization, because what gets you the first 30 lbs won’t work for the next 30 lbs. I’ve taken the time to post a great article just for you. Please read the following articles with an open mind, and you will catch a glimpse at what you’ve been missing.

man, dont say you know what your doing is right because its not otherwise you would be growing, Post your daily meal plan and training program, this will help people 2 give you advice. I get the impression you not training and eating properly because you already stated you only just started squating which at your weight is all you should be doing along with deadlifts, benchpress, millitary press, clean & jerks, rows etc. If you cannot gain weight as you say then you have a medical condition and taking steroids will not fix that so see your doctor and get bloodwork done. But post all your training and diet details first and also how long you have been training.
