Have you removed a certain movement that is normally a go to, due to an injury?

Is there any major movements that you had to remove from your regiment due to a pre-existing injury or potential injury in the making. What movement is it and what did you supplement it with? Are you still making improvements along with growth and development without the key movement?
 
Behind the neck shoulder presses and incline barbell presses, my shoulders are going bad

Thank God I'm still able to do behind the neck presses, but I have to watch myself in the mirror because when I don't I come a little bit too deep when I start getting cocky with the motion. I'm starting to feel it with incline barbell press as well. It's weird because you would think the dumbbell would cause more stress, but it simply doesn't.. I've been incorporating more flies/cables and Hammer presses as a trade-off..

What did you replace your movements with?
