Having a ridiculously difficult time calculating maintenance.

Ok, so I posted about this like a week ago.

I thought I would test out the BWx15 method...that gave me 3200 cals to eat each day.

Tried that for 7 days. I lost FOUR lbs...and some of it was lean; hopefully water.

Now I am trying 3600... but I am gaining!! My body hates me. Any advice here would be much appreciated. It's a bit ridiculous that I've been at it this long and still can't calculate my maintenance!

With maintenance it's all trial and error man. You'll find out soon enough.

I always start high and work my way down. Better to put on a little fat than lose a little muscle in my book.

Try about 4,500 and work your way back.
 
hmmm try for the middle range then-3400 and see how that works.
