Having Trouble with Orgasm on TRT

Been on TRT now for about 1.5 yrs, I run 200 mg every wk, I use liquid exemestane from evolution peptides to keep my e2 in check and run 9mg liquid cialis from CEM daily for any erection problems. Have no problem with erections and wife loves it but been having problems lately with libido and wanting sex and reaching an orgasm. Has others had this problem and what did u do?

Ive never had problems with libido or orgasm on test, quite the opposite for me. Maybe youre having too much sex and its losing its appeal

Is your estro too low? 200mg shouldn't take much AI.
are you using HCG? The boys may be causing the penis dry heaves.
ever consider blasting test for a couple months? Like 500mg EW?
Are you taking other medications?

I seem to be a little more sensitive with e2 with getting older and need an ai even with small doses of test to keep my e2 under control. I have't tried HCG but been thinkin about it more and more. My nuts have done shrivled up. I bumped my test up to 350mg EW, maybe should just run a blast. I do get stressed at work and things don't seem to be as exciting but usually I am so horny I make anything work, just not for awhile now.
