Ok on trt 200 mgs a week split injections Mon and Thur. (100 mgs). Using hcg as directed 250 ius twice a week as well on sun and Tues. Well so far hcg is not working testicles considerably smaller and my load size is a 3 rd of its normal size. I waited a few weeks to start hcg and this is the start of my 2nd week on hcg. So my question is should I wait a little for hcg to start working, or should I up my dose? If I up my dose would it be better to do 3 days of 250 ius or 500 ius twice a week on my current schedule?

What kind of HCG are you using? US pharama? Overseas pharma?

The reason I ask is the compound loses a bit of strength when exposed to higher temps, and in shipping it will be exposed to varying temps and could lose some strength. I use indian pharma and buy in winter to keep shipping temps low.

As far as dosing, I've been on TRT/blast & cruise for a couple years and have never been happy with 500 iu's / week.

I buy the 5,000 iu bottles and once a week inject 1,250 iu's. Main reason I only inject once per week is laziness. I do this on my T inject day just to keep it simple.

By all means this is not textbook, but I've been happy with the results.

Start running 250 ed until your nuts come back. You could use 500iu just make sure you use an ai for the additional aromatization.

Hcg is from compounding pharmacy in the states. I also have ai from same compounding pharmacy prescribed. I personally think this is more of a dosing issue than quality or shipment. I could be wrong tho.

Just bump up the dosage.

I need 500 IU twice a week to stay happy, sometimes 750. And since you waited a few weeks to start that's a few weeks of total shutdown and the start of testicular atrophy, it seems to me you need to undo that atrophy with more aggressive dosing.

That's what I was thinking too just don't wanna over do things I like to keep things on the conservative side, but I don't have a problem making an adjustment or two when needed.

I started with 250iu e3d. Now run 500iu e3d and feel much better. I've noticed at least a week of lag when switching doses.

but the sex drive is still pretty low i'm on 200mg per week of test. I also was on 50mg of progesterone but made me tired as hell so stop that two weeks ago. not sure what to do to get the drive back up. it was real good for the first 5 weeks but really fell off, did blood work doc said things looked good. test is too high better off taking 50mg twice a week.. only take 250iu of hcg twice a week...hcg will convert to e2...

My doctor said it is best to take HCG with TRT. I sort of agree sort of don't. I think if the plan is to never come off the test there is no point in running HCG unless you want some kids. Thoughts?

Your balls will get small and could retreat out of your scrotum up into your body. You might be surprised at the negative reactions to that from the women in your life... one told me "I don't want a chick or a hermaphrodite in my bed."

But if you don't care about that or kids, it shouldn't matter.

My endo said on TRT 25% decrease in testicle size is common. I suppose if you are on higher doses maybe its worse? I have been on 150mg EW for awhile now and there isn't that much shrinkage that I've noticed. Probably not even the 25% I was told. They want an arm and a leg for HCG at the clinic so if I can't get a good price I'll pass unless I do see serious changes in testicle size. Not to get personal but my balls are decent size so they'd have to severely change to provoke a comment like me looking like a hermie.

i was on cyp for 2yrs nuts shrank alittle...but they wont shrink totally..guys i know have been on test for 15yrs no probs...better off taking an AI than hcg with trt imo.. cost less..less pinning...if you stop trt and want your nuts back in order...clomid will do the trick..im off cyp..on clomid now 25mg along with aromasin mwf.. i have two kids now

I bumped my dose up to 350ius twice a week. I lowered my test dose to 100mgs and stopped adex. Gonna get labs this week to see if i can drop the adex.

Well here is the scenario. You take test then you take HCG that makes your own test. You have two conflicting states in which your body is utterly confused what to do...nevermind the fact that is hard to control E2 with all this stuff going on.
One either does test alone then come off test and do hcg. Doing both at the same time is hard on your body IMO
Another option is to do TRT with PCT in which you do TRT for 3 months then PCT for 1 month or more if you want and go back and forth.

I dose at 500 iu 2 times per week, 1 day prior to test injection. After not using HCG for the first 2 months of TRT due to my Dr, my balls have since returned to normal size.

I find 250ius is enough for me. Everyone is different though.. it's a trial and error process mostly.

Didnt know that there is a clown in the house. It makes very little sense to produce your own test while taking exhagenous test mr clown...think about it. But I sense that's not your strong point lol

My doc also prescribed it just recently. I had to ask, but he was ok with it. Only a few days on it now so I'm not sure how well it's working yet. I'm doing 500ui twice per week.

It is actually becoming pretty popular in many TRT protocols. One of the more popular TRT docs, Dr. John Crisler, recommends that most start guys start out on transdermal test plus a low does to hGC.

Wow, 250mg cyp is a nice dose. Where do your bloods come out on that qty?

What seems to confuse me about posts like this is you are on TRT because as we get older we do not produce enough test. So if that is the premise what is all the talk about HCG? If you want to produce more of you own test of course do HCG stop taking test because that will halt the production of your own test. I have been on TRT for 5 years now I am 53 years old take 50 prop every day. My life is fine. Part of what I read in this post is about the size of your balls. Really I had two golf balls between my legs and they made it uncomfortable to walk or sit down unless they were in just the right place. My balls are like half the size they where and not hanging down like a German Shepard. Both my wife and girl friend see no need for hanging balls and like the way they are up next to my penis. I understand blasts and run Deca twice a year for 6 to 8 weeks that because I want to get bigger and look stronger but again when the blast is over I don?t think about a way to produce more of my own test that day has passed that is why I am on TRT.



The Great thing about TRT is the cycle never ends.
