Ok friends I personally measured this in my home lab LOL and I broke down the Math for anyone interested:
Product Description
HEAL is 5mgs of BPC-157 and 5mgs of TB-500 per bottle for a total of 10mgs of solution
The bottles are 2oz each aka 60mL (rounded)
6 pumps of Lotion= 1mL or 1cc -
This means that a bottle has 360 total pumps of lotion in it
This means that every 6 pumps of lotion is equal to 166 MICROGRAMS (mcgs) of solution total, or 83mgs of BPC157 and 83mgs of TB500 per 6 pumps of lotion
A very common dosage in the Industry is 250-500mcgs of each compound per day. Applied on the area of an injury, or near it, even if topically. The effects of a topical can be site specific, however BPC157 and TB500 both work systemically as well, aka they are absorbed into the blood stream and delivered to the entire body via topical Administration.
The bottle suggested use is 8 pumps 2x per day. This would be equal to a total of 440 mcgs of TOTAL compound aka 220mcgs of BPC157 + 220mcgs of TB500 total in 16 total pumps per day.

**IMPORTANT** "The BPC 157 molecule has a dalton weight of about 14,000 which in it’s natural state is virtually impossible to deliver transdermally.
The molecule is a linear molecule and that enables us to subject it to several propriety steps in our production laboratories to reconfigure the molecule, making it able to be absorbed transdermally, without losing any of it’s nutrient qualities. "
Although comparable to oral-dosage forms in efficacy, topical creams have numerous advantages over oral forms. First, topical administration avoids the first-pass effect of metabolism associated with the oral route. Therefore, topical administration allows for much higher and improved bioavailability. Second, topical administration allows prolonged release of compounds, which can improve adherence. Third, topical administration minimizes adverse effects due to lower peak concentrations of compounds. Most compounds are very effectively removed by the liver when taken orally. This means that much higher doses, ten to twenty times higher, must be taken when administering orally, as compared to topical administration that avoid the first pass effect of the liver.
Suggested Use
For best results apply 8 pumps once or twice daily to the upper arms, shoulders/traps, thighs or abdominal areas. Ensure the areas are clean and free from excessive hair, avoid showering or swimming for at least 8 hours after application.
