I am back all, my inbox was full so thanks for that. I am still crook but making inroads into my recovery. Good to see i occupied so many minds while i was gone. I needed a break. I got banned at Muscular Development forums. I called Shawn Ray a dick for staying stupid shit to Lee Priest. Me and Shawn had some choice words on Facebook also, he was ok with it all, but MD doesn?t like attacks on staff. Anyway, i am subdued and calm right now. I have no fight left so be nice please and i will be nice back.
