Greetings everyone!!
Well here I am... the new guy on the block... been adding my 2 cents worth on a few threads already and it suddenly occured to me I have yet to introduce myself! (/rude).
Hola!! Nice to meet you all (I think)! I call Oklahoma my home although I am currently on deployment in Afghanistan engaged in the fight against terrorism. (yes, we ARE kicking thier asses despite what the press may say).
Now my military training has always kept me in reasonably good shape. The proponderance of my training consisted of running, biking, amnd various other endurance training excersizes. Well, here in Afghanistan I find myself in a unique situation. I cannot really do much running (land mines and sniper fire tend to interrupt such activities). I do, however, have a full furnished gym at my disposal 24/7. In light of this situation I have commited myself to a new lifestyle in physical training. have burried myself in research and am now addicted to resistance training. In my searches for answers and info I stumbled across this excellent forum! So... here I am.
I look forward to getting to know you all in the years to come. In the meantime, Thanks in advance for puting up with me. I'll try to earn my keep!
Cheers,
Wit
