Hello everybody!
I had to join this forum when I saw it...lots of cool stuff it seems.
Well, about me...I'm 25, 6', about 153lbs. I just bought a gym membership about 4 months ago, and have really been taking it seriously the past 2-3 months.
I've always been really tall and skinny. I weighed 145lbs in highschool all the way through college, so I'm just now beginning to gain a little weight. When I flex my bicep, I'm pleased to see my new muscle...even though you can only really see it when I flex...haha! But I can tell that my arms are getting larger in circumference. I guess it would help if I took some measurements.
I hope to gain a lot of useful insight into muscle-building training, and supplements. I just bought my first bottle of Mag 10x liquid, and I think I can see some results from it. So I hope to learn about what to take, when to take it, etc. to speed up and contribute to my muscle gain. I'll do some rearch on the board and post a new thread with some general questions.
Thanks in advance for all your help!
