I just bought KIGTROPIN and was wondering how good it actually is? I need help if you guys don't mind. I am now 180LB and want to get to 210-220LB for the summer. Any info is better than no info. Thanks.
As with anyone who is trying to get bigger I suggest a GVT workout program and a high calories and protein diet, eating every 2 - 3 hours, getting good sleep and good water intake.
google some GVT programs they are good for muscle building, charles poliquin (may need to check spelling of the last name) Has some good ones.
Juice? are you refering to steroids? if so it all depends on if you have used it before etc. You can PM (send me an inbox) or pop in to the forum Anabolic and post a Q there. But if this is your first time using steroids then stick with 500mg a week of testosterone for 12 weeks and shoot it at 250mg twice a week. And have your PCT and diet on point!
