Allow me to introduce myself i'm Michael i'm currently doing amateur weight lifting at home and i'm now getting ready to join a gym. I want everyone to know i have had for a while now since i starting lifting the utmost respect for weight lifters (body builders) that a man can have for another dew to the fact that it requires so much effort and pure determination to get anywhere in the form of body progress strengh,weight, and look wise. And not any run of the mill wanna be can do it and i promise this to everyone most importantly myself i will not give up and not seddle for anything less then self happiness. I just wanted to humbly introduce myself and give my respect and graditude for all those in the sport.
