Hi everyone! I've been lurking this forum for quite a while now, and I've decided to go ahead and create an account. Please allow me to introduce myself, my name is Jullian Fantroy, and I live in Cleveland, Ohio. Currently, I weigh about 185lbs (give or take), and I dont exactly know what my body fat percentage is. I stand at about 5'10'' tall, and im really interested in losing 10-15lbs. I exercise about 4-5 times per week, and my diet isnt anywhere near as organized as the majority of you guys here, but I intend on fixing that in the very near (monday) future.
My goal is to walk around at 170-175lbs and to just be healthy overall. I am in no way muscular, and I would really like to have a lean, "muscular" build. So if anyone here could help guide/point me in the right direction, it'd be greatly appreciated!
