Hey guys, new here and wanted to say hi and a little about me.
I'm in Iraq....again (tour 10 middle east) yay
and just got out of the military earlier this year. I'm contracting over here now and well, I want to do right and get back into shape while I'm here.
I'm a newbie at all this stuff even though I've lifted plenty before but too many different partners in the gym over the years and after I got hurt over here before, I let everything just go as it went. So, it's time to get back into it. I apologize and thank you for anyone dealing with my noob questions and I will try my hardest not to re-invent the wheel by asking the same questions on certain topics that are clearly answered in past posts. I hope to hear from you throughout my progress.
