I was told to come check out this forum to see if I can get help gaining weight. Right now I weigh about 135-145 lbs and im 6'4. I just recently joined the Navy and I leave for basic training June 1st and I want to make sure that I am in good shape before I go. So I have doing all the things that the DEP manual tell me to and it's working out but I was hopeing to see a little weight gain. So I was talking to my brother the other day and he told me to try this stuff called Russian Bear 5000 and that it worked for him well. So before I go and buy this stuff I want to make sure if that combined with a daily routine will help me mabey gain ~10lbs+ before June.
I just really hate being skinny, and all the jokes are getting old. I am a Criminal Justice student and I work for the school as a student police officer and half the people that I have to stop don't take me seriously and I think that has alot to do with my size.
