Hello Iron forum from Inspectkta!

Hello yinz here at iron forum! I am new here. I am here to learn and get motivation. I am 6'3" 240#'s with more body fat than I had 6 years ago, lol. I was a swimmer through college, then turned bb after college, and put on 40#'s! The past 6 years I have done to little work, as I was concentrating only job and building a family! I had done a beginner cycle, a bulking, and a cutter. It's been 6 years, so I will need help remembering some things! Oh well, it's nice to be here!
