Hello everyone! My name is Sam. I am a health and fitness professional who stumbled upon this site. I used to and still do a lot of cross fitness training. Then about a year ago I decieded to incorporate it with some bodybuilding and weight training. I have some good working knowledge of weight training but don't know it all. I was hoping to learn from the people in this forum who are passionate about bodybuilding and are willing to share their experiences about workout routines, nutritional supplements, recovery times after workouts, etc. I can sense that their are dedicated members here in this forum that are good contributors and are willing to share their knowledge and expertise. I hope to do the same and to engage in good conversation with you all so we can learn from each other.
