Hey, this is my first post here, i have been reading the forums for a month or two now though.
My name is Dean, im from the UK.
Im almost 19, been working out properly for about 6 months.
I weigh about 136lbs, i find it real hard to put weight on though, can anyone recommend any tips?
Hers my current diet...
9:00am Cereal
9:30am 6 egg whites/2 yolks, scrambled in butter with wholemeal bread.
11:00am Protein shake
1:30pm 1 tin of Tuna with Pasta
2:30pm fruit usually banana
3:30pm Protein shake
6:00pm Dinner/ comprised of chicken dish with potatoes or rice.
8:00pm some kind of crappy snack.
10:00pm Protein shake.
I also am currently using Amino 1500, Desicated liver, and creatine in my diet too.
I have put on around 3/4lbs in the last 6 months. But i cant seem to ever get past 140lbs.
I don't really do any cardio either. Just weights.
I included a photo, im a pro wrestler, and thats a pic i had taken a month or so ago before a show.
